Y como siempre, os damos la receta en inglés con vocabulario de ayuda, para que practiquéis vuestro inglés, ya veréis como poco a poco iréis manejando el vocabulario de cocina.
Today we are going to prepare a delicious recipe for chocolate cookies. Easy to do with a familia and with a delicious result. We warn you!!! You will not be able to stop eating them!!.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened (200 grs aprox)
- 1 ½ cups white sugar (or mixed White and brown sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vainilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (350 grs aprox)
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semiswett chocolate chips (150 grs)
Allá vamos!
First step:
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees
Second step
- In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- After, combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt;
- Next, stir into the butter mixture until well blended.
- And now, mix in the chocolate chips.
- Form some balls and crush them with your hand. You can give them the size you want. For a medium size, roll into balls like a ping pong ball.
- Finally, distributed them onto a baking tray with greaseproof paper, leaving space between them because they grow a lot.
Third step
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven until are browned.
